Abstract:This paper aims to further elucidate the "Buddhist life and death theory" through the Buddhist concept of "instant birth and death, life and death free", and apply it to the actual situation in which we live, pointing out the importance of life and death thinking. Firstly, we enter the topic from the perspective of "transcending life and death", and use the metaphor of the "Internet" to point out the connection between the birth and death of one mind and karmic knowledge. We delve deeper into this and elucidate the principle of "mortal beings fear the consequences, while Bodhisattvas fear the causes". Furthermore, the mind and thoughts of a person are constantly flowing in and out, without knowing their direction. Therefore, we should transform our thoughts and thoughts back to our hearts, and bring our hearts to emptiness. Through the limitations of all language and the entanglement of power and interests, we can enter the realm of existence and receive the light of wisdom. Life is truly determined to be born and die in an instant, and compassion awakens the meaning of life in the present. This must be realized through the practice of "precepts, composure, and wisdom" in order to fully realize the significance of life and death.
