Advance Care Planning (ACP) as an important part of palliative care services, it can effectively improve the end of life care quality. ACP is a key element that needs to be developed in palliative care, early implementation of ACP will promote the progress of palliative care. The purpose of this article is to review the concept of ACP, the current status of ACP self-efficacy and ACP practice among nursing staff. It can be used as the reference for promoting the development of ACP and palliative care services.
