Abstract:This article explores the role of the narrative will in promoting the understanding and transmission of individual life meaning from the perspective of a positive death attitude. The positive death attitude encourages facing the end of life with a proactive and rational mindset. Within this framework, the narrative w ill serves as a tool for death preparation, becoming a significant vehicle for life legacy and emotional connection. It records an individual"s life experiences, reflections on death, and interpretations of life"s meaning, thereby transmitting this meaning. It helps individuals reconstruct their life"s significance, discover intrinsic value, fosters broader societal discussion on life quality and the topic of death, and promotes the formation of a social environment conducive to "good death." Future directions for the narrative will require in-depth discussion and practice regarding cultural adaptability, balancing individual autonomy with social responsibility, and addressing technological and ethical challenges.
